The Malaysia World Band Competition 2009 is open to all marching/show bands regardless of the nature of music, performances and type of bands.

The MWBC 2009 welcomes bands who do not partake in the competition but intends to perform and to use the variety of opportunities to present their show. All terms and conditions of participation are fixed in the Rules and Regulations Section of this handbook. Interested marching/show bands must apply to participate at the Malaysia World Band Competition 2009 held in Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA from 12th - 19th December 2009.
